Welcome to shirahadasha.com — a new song.

This site is dedicated to inclusive halakhic minyanim (prayer groups) worldwide. These minyanim are committed to actively including women in their services as much as possible, while at the same time striving to firmly adhere to halakha. In these congregations, women read from the Torah, are called up for aliyot, and lead some services, such as kabbalat shabbat and pesukei dezimra. Men and women are separated by a mehitza, Orthodox prayer books are used, and a quorum of twenty adults — ten women and ten men — is generally required for services to commence.

On this site, you will find a list of minyanim worldwide, reading material regarding such minyanim, as well as helpful information for women who would like to lead services or read from the Torah, but need a little help getting started.

Not all minyanim have identical customs, so please make use of the provided contact information for each minyan.
